NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
Open up your package when you get it, do not wait 2 or 3 months to see if what you received is what you really wanted.  No returns after 30 days of invoice date, or 30 dates after first ship date.  This includes slicks too.  Look at them when you receive them for any damage, don't wait 2-3 months.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
You must call us and let us know what is going on, do not just send your purchased item back without calling us first. We'll give you a return authorization number. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will reimburse you for it if it was our error.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED PREPAID
We will not accept any COD's on returned parts.

Absolutely no returns on electrical, brakes & hangers or used parts.  No cash refunds.  Store credit or exchange only on all items.  No returns after 30 days of invoice date, or 30 dates after first ship date.  No core returns after 30 days. Any and all returns will be charged a minimum of a 20% restocking fee.  All returns need a Return Authorization number and you must include a copy of the sales invoice.  All returns are store credit only.

WARRANTY 

1. Disclaimer of Warranties. SCHNITZ MOTORSPORTS, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER CONCERNING THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD ON AN "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS.
YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE BORNE BY YOU. IF THIS PRODUCT PROVES DEFECTIVE AFTER PURCHASE, YOU, AND NOT SCHNITZ MOTORSPORTS, INC., NOR ANY DISTRIBUTOR OR RETAILER, ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING AND/OR REPAIRS.

2. Use of Product at Purchaser's Own Risk. You agree and acknowledge that the use, installation, and/or operation of this product shall be at your own risk and may result in severe injury, death, and/or damage to person or property.

3. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SCHNITZ MOTORSPORTS, INC., SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, OR LOSS OF USE, INCLUDING ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT'S USE, INSTALLATION, AND/OR PERFORMANCE, WHETHER SUFFERED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PARTY, AND REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, EVEN IF SCHNITZ MOTORSPORTS, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WITHOUT OTHERWISE LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL RECOVERY OF ANY KIND AGAINST SCHNITZ MOTORSPORTS, INC. BE GREATER IN AMOUNT THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT.

4. Miscellaneous. This Disclaimer of Warranties ("Disclaimer") represents the complete and exclusive agreement between You and Schnitz Motorsports, Inc., and supersedes any prior agreements and/or communications regarding the subject matter hereof. The terms of this Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to any conflict of law principle that would result in the laws of any other jurisdiction governing this Disclaimer. Any action or proceeding arising out of this Disclaimer shall be litigated in courts located in Adams County, Indiana. You consent and submit to the jurisdiction of any local, state, or federal court located in Adams County, Indiana. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to this product, whether in contract, tort, otherwise, must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. If any term or provision contained in this Disclaimer is determined to be unenforceable in any respect, the enforceability of the term or provision in any other respect, and of the remaining terms or provisions of this Disclaimer, shall not be impaired.

• We do not "half invoice" any sales orders!

ALL FOREIGN ORDERS
All foreign orders are by bank transfers, unless you can submit to us companies in the USA that currently accept your card.  Faxing over a copy of your credit card and ID can help this process too.  We will not "half invoice" any sales orders!!

MAXIMUM FOREIGN ORDERS PER SHIPMENT - Effective 7/23/2008
Orders shipping outside the U.S. over $2,500 will be split up into multiple orders as needed. UPS has changed the shipping requirements of shipments leaving the U.S. Orders over $2,500 now require so much extra paperwork it will delay shipment and cost both parties more to ship the parts.

NEXT DAY AIR ORDERS
We are no longer accepting Next Day Air COD orders.  Next Day Air shipments must be pre-paid with a credit card. 

MINIMUM ONLINE ORDER
SchnitzRacing.com has a minimum online order of $4 plus minimum shipping price of $9.90.  If you need to place an order less than $4, please call our toll free line at (800)837-9730.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
All claims for loss or damage in transit must be made to the carrier at the time of delivery.

You have to tell the UPS person or other carrier, at the time of delivery, that the item is damaged the same day the item is delivered. You can not wait two or three days to file claim. The insurance on shipped parts is with the carrier, not Schnitz Racing.

The original box or package must be kept for the carrier to inspect. Don't throw anything away, keep it in the original box, with all of the packing materials. This especially applies to fiberglass bodies.

MILITARY ORDERS
We do not offer discounts to military personnel.  Thank you for choosing to protect our country.  You have made a great choice!

FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS
To avoid delays on your first order with Schnitz Racing, your order MUST go to the billing address of your credit card.

For customers outside of the USA

• If this is your first order and/or the order is over $400.00 US funds
  Payment is by bank transfer of funds only - fee is $40.00 US funds

• For orders under $400:
     Payment may be Paypal - but you must be registered with a confirmed shipping address and a confirmed account.
     Or payment may be by credit card - but you must provide us a copy of your credit card (both sides) and a copy of identification (a driver's license). This information can be emailed or faxed to us- fax# 260-728-2021. Make sure they are large enough to read

To process and ship your order, we need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and e-mail address. This information is stored on a secure server to allow us to process subsequent orders more quickly. On occasion we may notify our customers about Schnitz Racing specials.

From time to time you may receive e-mailed information about our products, promotions, and services.  To remove your name from our e-mail list, please click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional e-mail or send a blank e-mail shana@schnitzracing.com.

When you request a log-in name

You can choose a log-in name and password when you place an order online. This will enable online order tracking and allow us to save your customer information so you won't have to re-enter it every time you place an order. Before you choose a log-in name, you must provide us with your name, mailing address, and e-mail address. We use this information to authenticate your identity whenever you request access to these special online services.
