estimated arrival time when shipping UPS ground service.

CANADIAN ORDERS
If
you ship Standard, you will pay all Brokerage Custom Fees. If you ship
UPS World Wide Express, you will only pay Custom Fees. We do not half
invoice any sales orders!

Orders shipping outside the U.S. over $2,500 will be split up
into multiple orders as needed. UPS has changed the shipping
requirements of shipments leaving the U.S. Orders over $2,500 now
require so much extra paperwork it will delay shipment and cost both
parties more to ship the parts.
NEXT
DAY AIR ORDERS
We are no longer accepting Next Day Air COD orders. Next Day Air
shipments must be pre-paid with a credit card.
DAMAGE
CLAIMS
All claims for loss or damage in transit must be made to the carrier at
the time of delivery.
You
have to tell the UPS person or other carrier, at the time of delivery,
that the item is damaged the same day the item is delivered. You can not
wait two or three days to file claim. The insurance on shipped parts is
with the carrier, not Schnitz Racing.
The
original box or package must be kept for the carrier to inspect. Don't
throw anything away, keep it in the original box, with all of the
packing materials. This especially applies to bodywork.
